Seven Springs

Seven Springs is a premium wine producer crafting excellent wines in the stunning Overberg region of South Africa. The winery is located between the spa town of Caledon and the seaside town of Hermanus, in the serene and beautiful Western Cape. English couple, Tim Pearson and his wife Vaughan, own the winery and also have a successful UK based business. The couple started the business from scratch when they  purchased 12 hectares of land on the R320, Hemel en Aarde road in 2006. They began planting vineyards in 2007 and 2008 producing their first vintage in 2010.

Seven Springs produces wines using minimal intervention in its winemaking practices.

Creating Excellent South African Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc

The main varieties at Seven Springs are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. The best grapes go into the production of their excellent red, white, and rosé wines. Using minimal intervention whilst making wines keeps the process as natural as possible helping preserve the flavours, aromas and integrity of the wines.
