Hambledon Vineyard, nestled on the edge of the South Downs, is England's oldest commercial vineyard. Sparkling wine is produced on-site in the gravity-fed state of the art winery - the only one in the UK. The friendly and experienced staff will explain processes involved in making sparkling wine in as much or as little detail as you would like.

Events and Tours at Hambledon

The vineyard and winery tours are relaxed and informative and include a tasting of two of the available wines.

A varied selection of activities includes events where you can play a big part in the production of your own bottle of wine – a great way to learn about making fizz (exactly the same process as used in the Champagne region) as well as a fun evening. More events are being added all the time, including international tastings and WSET wine education (see course brochure for download below).
