Seven Springs Wine Tasting Experience

A Curated Wine Adventure with Seven Springs

Step into the warmth of South Africa this autumn as we invite you on a sensory journey through the vineyards of Seven Springs. Discover the rich diversity, craftsmanship, and soulful stories behind each pour — beautifully complemented by seasonal bites inspired by the Cape’s vibrant culinary traditions.

From crisp whites to expressive reds, every glass tells a story of passion, place, and patience. As you sip, savour, and explore, you’ll be guided by the very people who brought these wines to life — owners Tim and Vaughn Pearson — sharing their journey, inspirations, and the artistry behind their award-winning estate.
