For vineyards and wineries, it is a way to make your visitor information, story, images, Google reviews and booking routes easier to find in a wine-focused setting.
What a profile can include
A Wine Adventurer profile brings useful visitor information together in one place, helping potential visitors understand who you are, where you are and what they can experience.
Your profile can include:
- vineyard / winery description
- country, region and map visibility
- Logo, cover image and gallery images
- visitor information and travel notes
- tours, tasting, restaurant, accommodation or shop details
- booking, enquire and website links
- Google reviews if a Google Place ID is connected
- grape verieties, wine styles and production notes where supplied
- profile sorty, SEO copy and visitor friendly summary
AI-assisted vineyard profile setup
Creating a useful vineyard profile can take time, especially if you need to gather visitor details, images, wine information, booking links and opening information.
Wine Adventurer can now help prepare an initial profile using your official website, submitted details and any files you choose to provide.
You do not need to send everything at once. Start with a free vineyard profile request, then we will send you a second link where you can add any details, logo files, photos, brochures or wine information you already have.
The profile is not published automatically. We use your official website and submitted information as source material, prepare a structured profile draft, check unclear details, and give you the opportunity to review the profile.

This first form only asks for your vineyard name, contact details, country and website.
Google reviews and profile trust
Wine Adventurer profiles can now display Google reviews when a valid Google Place ID is connected.
This means visitors can see public review proof directly alongside your Wine Adventurer profile, making the page more useful for people researching vineyard visits.
If your profile does not yet show Google reviews, send us your Google Maps link, Google Business Profile link or Google Place ID and we can check it.
How to find your Google Place ID
If your Wine Adventurer profile does not yet show Google reviews, we may need your Google Place ID.
The easiest option is to send us the Google Maps link for your vineyard or winery. We can then check the correct Place ID for you.
If you would like to find it yourself, use Google’s Place ID Finder:

Start typing your vineyard or winery name, choose the correct listing from the results, then copy the Place ID shown in the information box. Please check that the name and address match your official Google listing before sending it.
If you are not sure which listing is correct, just send us your Google Maps link or Google Business Profile link instead.
Already have a Wine Adventurer profile?
Some vineyards and wineries are already listed on Wine Adventurer but do not yet have direct access to manage their profile.
If you do not already have access to your profile and would like to claim access so you can keep your details up to date, send us your profile URL and work email address.
We will check the request before access is granted so that profiles stay accurate and protected.

If you want help creating or improving a profile, we will send a profile details and file upload form. You can use it to send whatever information, images or documents you already have.
If you only want to send Google Maps or Google Place ID details, we will send a shorter form for that.

Do I need to have all my information ready?
No. Start with your vineyard name, website and contact details. You can send extra details and files later.
Will my profile be published automatically?
No. AI-assisted profile setup helps prepare the draft, but the profile is reviewed before it is published or updated.
What files can I send later?
You can send logos, vineyard photos, wine images, brochures, wine lists, tasting menus, visitor guides or press kits.
Do I need to know my Google Place ID?
No. If you are not sure about your Google Place ID, we can check whether one exists using your company name and address details. If your vineyard does not have a Google Place ID, your Wine Adventurer profile simply will not show a Google reviews link.
Can I update an existing profile?
Yes. All profiles can be updated by you on the site, so you do not need to contact us each time you need a text change. If there are details that are more complex, we are happy to help.
I already see my vineyard on the site. Can I claim it?
Yes. You can claim access to the profile on the site. You will simply need to send us the details. We will check the details and confirm they are accurate before we grant access.
